Dr. Immanuel Dhanasingh
I’m a structural biologist with a strong background in protein crystallography, enzymology, and molecular biology. Over the past few years, I’ve taught and conducted research across South Korea, India, and the U.S., with hands-on experience in synchrotron-based X-ray crystallography, diffraction data analysis, and protein-ligand interactions.
During my time in South Korea, I focused on structural studies and protein kinetics as part of my Ph.D. and postdoc work. I also gained valuable cancer research experience in the U.S., working on lung cancer and mesothelioma. My work spans everything from confocal microscopy and ITC to protein crystallization and X-ray data processing. With 21 publications to date, I remain driven by curiosity, discovery, and the endless possibilities of structural biology.
